TradeStar Construction® is pleased to showcase some of our recent projects. THE OAKWOOD PLAZA

TradeStar Construction® was hired to perform an exterior renovation and repainting of a business-occupied commercial retail building in Meridian. This project included the following construction specialty trades: Stucco and EIFS repairs, substrate preparation, hydro-pressure washing, and priming and painting. Automobile traffic control and pedestrian communication and safety were required to successfully complete this project on-time and on-budget.

​THE BOULEVARD AT HARRIS RANCH

TradeStar Construction® was hired to perform an exterior renovation and repainting of 11 occupied buildings at the Boulevard at Harris Ranch property in Boise. This project included the following construction specialty trades: Stucco and EIFS repairs, carpentry, siding replacement and repairs, welding, substrate preparation, hydro-pressure washing, and priming and painting.  Project and worker safety were important, especially when working on the two and three story buildings. Automobile traffic control, pedestrian and resident communication and safety were required to successfully complete this project on-time and on-budget.

​THE CLEVELAND COMMERCIAL BUILDING

TradeStar Construction® was hired to do a complete a complete exterior renovation and painting project at the Cleveland Commercial Building in Caldwell. This project included the following construction specialty trades: Stucco and EIFS repairs, hydro-pressure washing, masonry sealer and coatings application, traffic management and project safety of an active occupied commercial center.

THE ​CHINDEN BUILDING TENANT IMPROVEMENT

TradeStar Construction® was hired to do a complete a complete interior tenant improvement project at the Chinden Building in Garden City. This project included the following construction specialty trades: Demolition, Framing (metal stud), Drywall and Taping, HVAC, Plumbing (rough and finish; and commercial water heater system installation), Electrical (new ceiling lighting), Carpentry (doors/jambs, and cabinets), Construction (ADA-compliant commercial restrooms and kitchen), Painting (preparation and finishing), and Project Safety. ​​

THE ​WEISER HISTORIC BUILDING

TradeStar Construction® was hired to perform demolition, shoring, and interior structural remediation of the Weiser Historic Building in Weiser, which was built in 1909. This project is Phase-1 of the total repurposing reconstruction project for the Weiser Boys and Girls Club. This project included the following construction specialty trades: Decontamination (removal of decades of accumulated bird feces and dead rodents), Structural Shoring (pre-demolition), Demolition (of defective structural framing and beams), Carpentry and Reconstruction (installation of new engineered Glulam structural beams and framing), and Project Safety. ​​This project was engineered and TradeStar had to pass multiple inspections by engineers and historic building planners.

​THE CHINDEN BUILDING EXTERIOR RENOVATION

TradeStar Construction® was hired to do a complete exterior renovation project at the Chinden Building in Garden City. This project included the following construction specialty trades: Hydro-pressure Washing, Mildew Removal, Stucco and EIFS Repairs and Resurfacing, Steel Awning Construction, Painting Preparation and Finishing, Fencing Replacement, Asphalt Surfacing and Stenciling, and Project Safety. ​

THE ​​MERIDIAN TENANT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

TradeStar Construction® was hired to create an entryway through a steel reinforced CMU divider block-wall and complete a tenant improvement project at the Meridian Building in Meridian. This project included the following construction specialty trades: Structural Shoring, Demolition, Steel Beam Construction, Concrete Saw Cutting, Drywall Installation and Taping, Painting, and Project Safety.

​THE SENSKE COMMERCIAL BUILDING

TradeStar Construction® was hired to repair and reconstruct damaged concrete walls, make carpentry repairs, rewed industrial fencing, and repaint the exterior of the Senske Commercial Building in Boise. This project included the following construction specialty trades: Demolition, Hydro-Pressure Washing, Surface Chalk Removal, Concrete Forms and Reconstruction, Carpentry Repairs, Welding, Painting, Traffic Control, and Project Safety. This project was completed while the tenants were present conducting their business.

​THE CENTENNIAL CONSERVATION CENTER

TradeStar Construction® was hired to repaint the interiors of the common-areas and dorms at the Centennial Conservation Center Project in Nampa. This project included the following construction specialty trades: Surface Cleaning, Stain Removal and Sealing, Preparation and Painting, and 2-Story Project Safety.

​THE CED WAREHOUSE BUILDING

TradeStar Construction® was hired to repaint and replace signage at the CED Warehouse Building Project in Nampa. This project included the following construction specialty trades: Demolition, Hydro-Pressure Washing, Surface Chalk Removal, Metal Preparation and Painting, Signage, Traffic Control, and Project Safety.

​THE NAMPA WAREHOUSE BUILDING

TradeStar Construction® was hired to renovate defective Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS)  on a two-story building at the Nampa Warehouse Building Project in Nampa. This project included the following construction specialty trades: Scaffolding, Demolition, Hydro-Pressure Blasting and Cleaning, EIFS Installation and Repairs, Weatherproofing, Painting, Traffic Control, and Project Safety.

​THE FRANKLIN BUSINESS PARK

TradeStar Construction® was hired to demolish an existing mailbox kiosk structure to create a new parking space at the Franklin Business Park in Boise. This project included the following construction specialty trades: Concrete Demolition and Core Cutting, Excavation, Asphalt, Paint Striping, Traffic Control, and Project Safety.

​THE CALDWELL COMMERCIAL OFFICE BUILDING

TradeStar Construction® was hired to renovate a commercial office building with pre-existing defective CMU and vertical concrete walls  at the Commercial Office Building Project in Caldwell. This project included the following construction specialty trades: Demolition, Hydro-Pressure Blasting and Cleaning, CMU and Concrete Vertical Wall Reconstruction and Repairs, Weatherproofing, Painting, Traffic Control, and Project Safety.

​THE BOISE INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSE BUILDING

TradeStar Construction® was hired to renovate defective exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS)  on a two-story building at the  Industrial Warehouse Building Project in Boise. This project included the following construction specialty trades: Scaffolding, Demolition, Hydro-Pressure Blasting and Cleaning, EIFS Installation and Repairs, Weatherproofing, Painting, Traffic Control, and Project Safety.

​THE SHELBORNE SOUTH AND BRODY SQUARE

TradeStar Construction® was hired to build U.S. Postal Service approved community mail kiosk structures at the Shelburne South and Brody Square Subdivisions in Meridian. These projects included the following construction specialty trades: Excavation, Grading, Concrete, Framing Construction, Stucco, Painting, Masonry, and Project Safety.

THE ​FRANKLIN BUSINESS PARK

TradeStar Construction® was hired to build new commercial steel trash enclosures at the Franklin Business Park in Boise. This project included the following construction specialty trades: Demolition, Concrete, Welding, Steel Framing and Construction, Steel Corrugated Siding, Painting, Traffic Control, and Project Safety.

THE MERIDIAN FENCING AND RETAINING WALLS

TradeStar Construction® was hired to build new cedar fencing with metal posts supported by concrete footers in a community in Meridian. We were also hired to build retaining walls at a rural location in Horseshoe Bend. This  project included the following construction specialty trades: Excavation, Grading, Concrete and Rebar, CMU Wall construction, and Project Safety.
